My name is Yalinie Vigneswaran. I am a former Executive Director with over a decade of experience leading complex national programmes and senior teams.

I work with organisations and leaders who need clear thinking, disciplined prioritisation and practical momentum. Whether the task is launching something new, stabilising performance or strengthening leadership, I help define what matters and sequence the work so progress becomes visible.

I work through consultancy, project delivery, mentoring and facilitation, depending on what the moment requires.

I care about doing good work, and doing it well. That is why I chose the name Compass & Craft.

The work may be short and concentrated, or longer term where continuity is valuable. I can work with you in person or remotely, depending on what is most useful.

A little more about me….

I began my career as a teacher, later serving as a school leader, facilitator and mentor before moving into programme and executive leadership. Across each stage, a consistent thread has been building strong, cohesive teams in demanding contexts.

I have led workforces of over one hundred staff across multiple regions, strengthened collaboration across functions and prioritised psychological safety alongside high performance. I believe organisations do their best work when people feel clear, trusted and aligned.

When I am not working, you will find me baking, weightlifting, running, hiking, performing stand up comedy, doing improv or being a doting aunty.
